TravelCenters of America LLC (NYSE: TA) has closed a deal for 31 convenience stores for $67.9 million.
The stores, located in Kentucky and Tennessee, include retail gasoline stations. TravelCenters will continue to operate the stores under the brand name Minit Mart. The deal was originally announced in November.
TravelCenters also operates under the names TA, Petro Stopping Centers and Petro. The company owns and operates diesel and gasoline fueling, restaurants, truck repair facilities and stores.
