A consortium that includes TPG Growth and Fidelity Investments has invested $125 million in software group Domo Inc. Other members of the group include Salesforce, T. Rowe Price, Morgan Stanley, Viking Venture Management, Dragoneer Investment Group, GGV Capital, Greylock Partners, Institutional Venture Partners and Mercato Partners. Domo, which was started by Omniture co-founder Josh James, had previously raised about $124 million in financing from a variety of investors. The company provides software that brings company data together into one place. Domo’s clients include H&R Block, Goodwill and National Geographic. Omniture, an online marketing and web analytics business, was acquired by Adobe Systems Inc. (Nasdaq: ADBE) in 2009.
