Zachry Holdings Inc. has purchased JV Industrial Companies Ltd., a company that provides maintenance and repair services for industrial facilites.

Zachry is a privately-held engineering and construction business headquartered in San Antonio, Texas.

Pasadena, Texas-based JV Industrial was a portfolio company of private equity firm the Stevens Group LLC, which invests money in energy services, gas exploration, production, media, communications, consumer manufacturing and other industries.

Harris Williams & Co. advised JV Industrial on the deal. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
