Myers Industries Inc. (NYSE: MYE) has completed its acquisition of South Beloit, Ill.-based Jamco Products Inc. for an undisclosed amount.

Jamco, which designs and manufactures steel carts and safety cabinets, has sales between $15 million and $18 million per year.

Akron, Ohio-based Myers will integrate Jamco into the material handling segment of the business. Myers makes polymer products for industrial, agricultural, automotive, commercial and consumer markets. The company also distributes tools, equipment and supplies for the tire, wheel and under-vehicle service industries.
