Move Inc. (Nasdaq: MOVE) has acquired Relocation.com, an online marketplace that connects homebuyers and renters with moving and storage companies, for $11.5 million.
Move hopes the deal helps it become the destination for real-estate listing and adjacent services.
The purchase follows the company’s acquisition of lead-generation system TigerLead Solutions LLC for $22 million on Sept. 4.
Move, based in Campbell, Calif., operates websites related to moving.
