Chicago middle market tax and consulting firm McGladrey LLP has completed its acquisition of Forward Hindsight Inc.

Forward, based in Minneapolis, designs and implements technology that aims to help businesses work more efficiently, including customizing cloud business-management services.

Ashish Gadnis, Forward’s founder, will join McGladrey’s technology consulting division.
