Linden Capital Recapitalizes Gentle Dental

Private equity firm Linden Capital Partners has recapitalized Northwestern Management Services LLC.

Northwestern Management is a dental practice management company that provides management and administration services to Gentle Dental Group, based in Boca Raton, Fla.

Babson Capital Management provided subordinated debt and equity for the deal. Specific terms of the financing weren’t’ disclosed.

Linden Capital, headquartered in Chicago, bought Northwestern Management in October from New York private equity firm the Beekman Group.
