Ingram Micro Inc. (NYSE: IM) will acquire Promark Technology a company that focuses on data storage and management, for an undisclosed amount.

Annapolis Junction, Md.-based Promark also provides scanning products and services. The company’s revenues are expected to be about $100 million for the year ending Dec. 31.

The deal is scheduled to close on Nov. 30.

Ingram, headquartered in Santa Ana, Calif., provides information-technology supply chain, mobile-device lifecycle and logistics services.
