IBM (NYSE: IBM)has completed its acquisition of Texas Memory Systems for an undisclosed amount.

Houston-based Texas Memory designs and sells data-storage devises based on Flash and random access memory (RAM). The products aim to help companies improve performance and reduce power consumption, cooling and floor-space requirements.
