Betapond, which provides tools for conducting marketing campaigns on Facebook, has acquired London-based iPlatform for an undisclosed amount.

IPlatform develops Facebook-based marketing campaigns for companies.

The transaction is Betapond’s first acquisition. It closed a €1.15 million (U.S. $1.48 million) round of venture-capital funding in January.

Betapond has offices in San Jose, Calif., London, Dublin and Waterford, Ireland
