Axway Inc. (NYSE Euronext: AXW.PA) offered to acquire software technology firm Vordel for an undisclosed price.
Vordel's techology allows corporate customers to better manage their data through application programming interface (APIs). Axway, based in Phoenix, expects to integrate Vordel's services with its own, and serve more than 11,000 customers.
Vordel has offices in Boston and Washington D.C., as well as London, Dublin and Ratingen, Germany.
