Avison Young will purchase Raleigh, N.C.-based Thomas Linderman Graham Inc., a full-service commercial real estate company.
The deal will add 61 employees to Avison and grow the Toronto-based company’s market into the southeast U.S.
In the past three years Avison has grown from 11 offices to 40. The company also opened an office in Detroit in October. Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
