Private equity firm Thoma Bravo LLC is investing in SailPoint.
Sailpoint, headquartered in Austin, Texas, provides identity and access management services, including the IdentiyIQ and IdentityNow products. The company’s services allow organizations to manage user access across devices. Terms of the investment were not disclosed.
San Francisco-based Thoma Bravo invests in technology businesses. In July, the firm bought Sparta Systems Inc., a provider of enterprise quality management systems for pharmaceutical and other companies. Before that, in May, Thoma Bravo closed a $3.65 billion fund.The firm is one of many that have raised funds during the best fundraising climate in years.
