Private equity firm Thoma Bravo LLC has acquired Meucci Solutions NV, a provider of mobile fraud detection services.

No financial terms were disclosed.

Chicago-based Thoma Bravo facilitated the deal through portfolio company Keynote Systems Inc.

Keynote, headquartered in San Mateo, Calif., provides cloud-based tools for testing mobile applications and websites. The company was publicly traded on the Nasdaq exchange before it was purchased by Thoma Bravo in August for $395 million.

Meucci will remain in Gent, Belgium but become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Keynote where its technology will be folded into the company’s Keynote SIGOS product.

Thoma Bravo also owns Intuit Inc.’s (Nasdaq: INTU) financial services division, which it bought in 2013 for about $1.03 billion, as well as Crossbeam Systems Inc., another security provider. The investor currently has more than $4 billion in equity commitments.
