Deltek has acquired software provider Sohnar Ltd. for an undisclosed amount.

London-based Sohnar develops a product called Traffic Live, a cloud-based software program that helps companies manage people and project processes.

Deltek, headquartered in Herndon, Va., provides software and information services to professional services firms and government contractors. The deal adds to the company’s professional services offerings.

The company was purchased by San Francisco private equity firm Thoma Bravo in October 2012 for $1.1 billion. Thoma Bravo’s recent investments include TravelClick in March, and Global Healthcare Exchange in February.
