Freedom Group Inc Global Digital Solutions Inc 865.8 Global Digital Solutions Inc (GDSI) signed a Letter of Intent {LoI} to acquire the entire share capital of Freedom Group Inc (Freedom), a Madison-based manufacturer and wholesaler of firearms and ammunition equipment, from Cerberus Capital Management LP (Cerberus), for $865.783 million. GDSI offered $0.004 million in cash and 1000 GDSI new common shares per Freedom share.
