Post Modern Group has closed deals for Criterion Pictures, Visual Education Center and International TeleFilm.

Richmond, British Columbia-based Criterion provides feature films to the Canadian market, including films from Paramount Picture, Warner Bros. Fox and independent film makers. The company provides films for universities, libraries, hospitals and other locations to show before the home video release date.

Visual Education, headquartered in Ontario, provides audio and video educational resources. International TeleFilm, also based in Ontario, distributes employee training resources.

Post Modern, headquartered in Irvine, Calif., is a digital media production and broadcast company. Terms of the deals were not disclosed.
