Vois Inc. is buying Mind Technologies Inc. for an undisclosed amount.

Mind develops software that aims to allow users to interact with computers and other machines through their minds. The technology involves a wireless headset that detects brainwaves.

The companies entered into a licensing agreement in December.

Vois is a software developer that also develops programs that use a wireless, brainwave-detecting headset.
