Silver Oak Services Partners has closed a fund with $206 million in capital commitments.

The fund, called Silver Oak Services Partners II LP, raise money from corporate pension plans, family offices, funds of funds, insurance companies and a sovereign entity. Silver Oak makes control investments in business services, consumer services and healthcare services companies in the U.S. The firm’s investments are usually between $10 million and $30 million. The fund closed April 30.

Silver Oak, headquartered in Evanston, Ill., has completed two investments from the fund: Directravel Holdings, a travel management service; and Physical Rehabilitation Network.
