SFX Entertainment Inc. (Nasdaq: SFXE) is buying Arc90, Fame House and Tunezy in three separate transactions.
New York-based Arc90 is a product design and development agency; Philadelphia-based Fame House is a digital marketing agency that specializes in the music and entertainment industry; and Tunezy is a Toronto, Canada-based commerce service for entertainment that connects content creators to their fans. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
The Fame House deal has closed, and SFX expects to close the Arc90 and Tunezy deals in November.
SFX, headquartered in New York, produces live electronic dance music events and provides digital content focused on electronic music culture.
The deals come after SFX announced in October that it paid $130 million for ID&T, producer of electronic dance music festivals. In February, the company paid $50 million for Beatport, an online company that provides electronic music downloads.
