TractManager, a portfolio company of Arsenal Capital Partners, has acquired health care analytics provider MD Buyline from SFW Capital Partners for undisclosed terms.

MD Buyline provides supply chain intelligence capabilities to health care providers and vendors. SFW had been exploring a sale since early 2014, according to partner Roger Freeman.

The sale of the Dallas-based company marks the second exit for SFW in recent weeks, following the sale of agricultural analytical services provider AgData, in late July. In May, SFW purchased Essen BioScience Inc., an Ann Arbor, Michigan, provides analytical instrumentation, software and other services used in life science research. The firm is investing out of its debut fund, which closed in 2008 with $300 million.

Arsenal announced the MD Buyline purchase on the heels of another bolt-on acquisition. The private equity firm unveiled that through portfolio company  IGM Resins Inc., a Dutch supplier of services to the ink and coatings industry, has purchased Insight High Technology Group for an undisclosed price
