SFW Capital Partners has closed a $345 million fund.

The fund, SFW Capital Partners Fund II LP, closed at its hard cap. The firm landed on Mergers & Acquisitions Latest PE Fundraising Efforts list in February.

The Rye, New York-based private equity firm invests in analytics-, instrumentation- and business services-related companies. Generally, SFW put in between $10 million and $75 million in equity per investment. The firm's recent transactions include the sale of MD Buyline to Arsenal Capital Partners-backed TractManager, in August, and an investment in Essen BioScience in May 2014.

Several private equity firms have closed funds recently. In April, Catalyst Investors closed a $377 million fund that will invest in technology businesses. Before that, TPG Growth closed a $3 billion fund to invest in small and mid-sized companies.
