Safeguard Business Systems wrapped up its acquisition of Idaho Business Forms Inc. (IBF).
Terms of the deal remain undisclosed.
Based in Boise, Idaho, IBF is a provider of print products, branding, business forms and supplies as well as W-2 and 1099 processing services.
The deal follows the May announcement of Safeguard’s acquisition of Forms Systems Inc., another company that produces print and branded products.
Safeguard, headquartered in Dallas, provides printing, business apparel, checks and other office products.
