BDA Partners- The cross-border focused-investment bank has opened a new office in Dubai, which will replace the firm’s office in Bahrain. The firm, founded in 1996, says it continues to see robust deal flow coming out of the Middle East and Asia. BDA‘s new office is regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority.


EisnerAmper LLP- Accounting firm Mallah Furman & Co. has combined with Eisner. Mallah shareholders Gary Dix, Barry Gould, Joe Berkovits, Curt Rosner, Arthur Unger and David Sloan will join Eisner and both firms will keep their offices in Miami and Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Mallah focuses on the insurance, construction, real estate, telecom and retail sectors. Eisner said the addition of Mallah will expand Eisner into other services, including audit, assurance, tax and private business.


On Location Experiences- The hospitality services provider, which is backed by RedBird Capital Partners, Bruin Sports Capital and the National Football League, has named John Collins (pictured) CEO. Collins is a former COO at the National Hockey League and before that he was a senior executive for the NFL. On Location provides hospitality services for sporting events including the upcoming 2016 Super Bowl.
