CohnReznick LLP- The accounting firm added Raymond Baggeri as a partner in its consumer and retail group. Based in New York, Baggeri has experience in M&A, Initial Public Offerings, debt transactions and joint ventures.
CVC Capital Partners- The private equity firm will open an office in São Paulo, Brazil, in 2016. In addition Jean-Marc Etlin will join CVC in January as head of Latin America. Etlin was previously with Itau BBA.
Debevoise & Plimpton- William Chua has joined the law firm as a partner in its Hong Kong office. Previously with Sullivan & Cromwell, Chua focuses on private equity, IPOs and M&A in Asia.
FTI Consulting Inc. - Marcus Heidler (pictured) has joined FTI’s transaction services practice as a managing director in New York. Heidler will provide transaction, operational and financial services to middle-market private equity funds along with their portfolio companies. Heidler was previously with Celerant/Hitachi Consulting.
LCG Advisors- The advisory firm added Jay Clark as head of investment banking. Clark focuses on M&A along with other capital transactions. He was previously a managing director for Algon Group. Based in Tampa, Florida, LCG provides wealth management, investment banking and due diligence services.
Madison Capital Funding- Adam Willis has been promoted to head of health care leveraged finance at the lending firm. He will oversee private equity financing for health care transactions. Willis has been with Madison since 2010.
Premier Inc. –The health care data company (Nasdaq: PINC), based in Charlotte, North Carolina, named David Vorhoff senior vice president of corporate development and strategy, where will be in charge of the company’s M&A activity. Vorhoff was previously a managing director in Deloitte Corporate Finance’s health care group.
TPG/Satya- The partnership between TPG Growth and Satya Capital, added Donald Kaberuka as a senior adviser where he will provide counseling services on potential investment opportunities in Africa. Kaberuka is the former president of the African Development Bank Group.
Windjammer Capital Investors- Helen Ruth and Brandon Edlefsen have joined Windjammer’s Waltham, Massachusetts office, as operating directors. They will focus on performance and operational initiatives across the PE firm’s portfolio. Ruth was previously a vice president at Emerson Process Management while Edlefsen was previously the general manager at Sonix.
