Private equity firm Audax Group is buying AllOver Media, an advertising business.

AllOver, headquartered in Minneapolis, provides gas station, truckside, indoor, door hanger and cash jacket advertising. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The business has made several acquisitions, including convenience store audio network Gas Station Radio in August, and the Wide Format Shop Inc., a printing center, in 2012.

Boston-based Audax focuses on investing in lower middle-market businesses with between $5 million and $30 million in Ebitda. In December, the firm sold its share of Distribution International Inc. In September, Audax bought building products business Chase Industries Inc.
