Thoma Bravo-backed Deltek has acquired Axium.

Axium, headquartered in New York, provides accounting and project management software to architecture and engineering firms. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Deltek provides enterprise software and information to project-based businesses. The company has made several add-on acquisitions since it was picked up by Thoma Bravo in October 2012. In March, Deltek bought Sohnar Ltd., which develops cloud-based software to help companies manage people and project processes. Before that, in July, the company bought Acumen, which also provides project management services.

Chicago private equity firm Thoma Bravo recently closed a $930 million deal for TravelClick. The firm closed a $3.65 billion fund in May.
