Resilience Capital Partners is buying the liquids division of OneCare Inc.

The division owns the Dryel, a home dry cleaning product, Roto-Rooter and Drain Pro brands. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

CR Brands, a Resilience portfolio company, is making the acquisition. This is the company’s first add-on deal since Resilience bought it in September 2012. 

West Chester, Ohio-based CR Brands operates the brands Mean Green, Biz, Oxydol and Pine Power.

Resilience Capital, headquartered in Cleveland, invests in manufacturing and business service companies in the U.S. In March, the firm acquired a majority stake in Aerospace Products International.
