New Source Energy Partners LP (NYSE: NSLP) has acquired working interests in oil producing wells for about $19 million.

The energy company bought interests in 23 wells in Oklahoma from Constellation Energy Partners.

This is New Source’s second acquisition in the area. In June, the company bought the assets of Oklahoma City-based New Energy Source Corp., and in November, bought MCE LP, an oilfield services company.

The transaction is one of many coming from the oil and gas sector. Other recent oil and gas M&A deals include Liberty Resources II LLC’s purchase of assets in North Dakota’s Williston Basin, and Fieldwood Energy LLC’s acquisition of SandRidge Energy Inc.’s (NYSE: SD) Gulf of Mexico and Gulf Coast business
