LiveOps Inc., a cloud-based service that focuses on contact center and customer relations, has purchased UserEvents for an undisclosed price.

The deal includes UserEvents’ flagship product, CxEngage, which aggregates customer feedback from different channels such as social media, web, mobile and voice calls.

The transaction follows LiveOps’ creation of two new subsidiaries, LiveOps Cloud Platform and LiveOps Agent Services.  CxEngage will be folded into the new cloud subsidiary.

Redwood City, Calif.-based LiveOps has also received $30 million in debt funding from Comerica Bank. LiveOps has raised $81 million to date. Previous investors include former CEO Bill Trenchard (pictured), now a partner at First Round Capital, Benchmark Capital and Menlo Ventures.

This is the second deal for LiveOps, after the company acquired the assets of New Zealand-based Datasquirt Ltd. for $12.5 million in November 2011
