Keystone Logic Inc. is buying the analytics and web commerce assets of Ingenyous Inc.

San Jose, California-based Ingenyous provides professional services to startups. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Keystone provides omnichannel fulfillment software and services for retailers and logistics companies. The deal allows the Bengaluru, India, and Alpharetta, Georgia-based buyer to grow omnichannel services.

The importance of e-commerce has grown over the past several years, and dealmakers are taking note and making acquisitions. In August, Infor agreed to buy GT Nexus, a developer of cloud-based commerce software used by logistics providers. Before that, in April, e-commerce business NetSuite Inc. (NYSE: N) agreed to buy Bronto Software Inc., which develops cloud-based marketing campaigns used by Armani Exchange, Timex and other brands.
