Groupon Inc. (Nasdaq: GRPN) has acquired Ideeli, an online flash fashion retailer for $43 million.

New York-based Ideeli provides members with access to sales on women’s and men’s clothing, accessories and home décor. Groupon expects the transaction to extend its presence in fashion and apparel.

Ideeli had raised $107 million in venture capital since its founding in 2007, including funding from Kodiak Venture Partners, Constellation Ventures, StarVest Partners, Next World Capital, Cue Ball and Credit Suisse.

In November, deal company Groupon bought Living Social Inc.’s Ticket Monster, which sells daily deals and consumer goods in South Korea. In September, the company bought SideTour, which aims to connect customers with experts that can provide tours of cities.
