Global Healthcare Exchange is buying Vendormate for an undisclosed amount.
Vendormate develops vendor-relationship management software, which aims to help health care providers manage their business relationships. The software helps manage vendor on-boarding, business associate management, representative credentialing, identification and legal contracts.
The buyer, headquartered in Louisville, Colorado, provides analytics, data management, pricing alignment and inventory management for health care companies.
Global Healthcare says the acquisition will help it provide more services as health care providers are facing increased compliance and regulatory demands.
