Dover Corp. (NYSE: DOV) has closed a deal for Finder SpA for $145 million.

Finder, headquartered in Merate, Italy, manufactures centrifugal, screw, vacuum and piston pumps for the oil and gas, power generation and industrial sectors. The company will be added to Dover’s pump solutions group.  The deal was originally announced in August

The target was sold by FA Capital, a Milan, Italy-based private equity firm that is also invested in ACC, a component manufacturer, and Bianchi Vending Group, which makes vending and coffee machines.
