DaVita HealthCare Partners Inc. (NYSE: DVA) has grown its footprint across Malaysia by acquiring the dialysis operations of Caring Dialysis Centre Group for an undisclosed price.

The deal gives DaVita 21 centers in Malaysia, up from the three it was previously operating.

The Denver-based buyer provides kidney-care services, including dialysis.
