Portland, Maine-based IVantage provides market intelligence, strategic planning, financial and clinical analytics and benchmarking, plus contracting optimization tools to hospitals and health systems in the U.S.
Chartis, headquartered in Chicago, provides strategic and economic planning, accountable care and technology advisory services to the health care industry.
Hospitals and other health care providers have been pumping up their technology to meet the demands of the Affordable Care Act, which has driven M&A activity in the sector for the past few years.
