CBRE Group Inc. (NYSE: CBG) has acquired Sogesmaint-CBRE, a property and asset management company.
Sogesmaint, headquartered in Belgium, manages more than 90 properties, and provides project management and leasing services. CBRE has owned a minority interest in Sogesmaint since 2006. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Los Angeles-based CBRE is a commercial real estate and investment firm that provides services to real estate owners, investors and residents. The company has also expanded into the Netherlands, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Latvia and Lithuania.
