Bioreclamation LLC has purchased Celsis In Vitro Technologies.

Baltimore-based Celsis provides in vitro products to study metabolism, drug-to-drug interactions and toxicity for medicine development. The company was sold by Chicago-based Celsis International, a company that provides tools for the pharmaceutical and consumer products industries.

Bioreclamation, headquartered in Westbury, N.Y., provides biological products to the life sciences and pharmaceutical industries.

The two companies will be combined to become BioreclamationIVT. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Brown Gibbons Lang & Co. served as Celsis’ financial adviser for the deal.
