Dealmakers attending the ACG Los Angeles Business Conference will hear from president Bill Clinton on Sept. 18, the second day of the gathering. The 42nd president will be interviewed by Jim Ellis, dean of the USC Marshall School of Business.

It is not the first time a former U.S. president has spoken at the event. In 2012, George W. Bush, the 43rd president, was also interviewed by Ellis at the conference, which is hosted by the ACG Los Angeles chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth.

The lunch keynote speaker on the 18th is the Walt Disney Co.’s (NYSE: DIS) Anne Sweeney, who holds dual roles as co-chair of Disney Media Networks and president of Disney/ABC Television Group.

Other speakers at the conference include Michael White, chairman of DirecTV (Nasdaq: DTV), and John Stankey, chief strategy officer of AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T), both of whom spoke on Sept. 17. Among the topics they discussed were the changing habits of consumers and the challenges of limited spectrum. The featured speaker at the Women’s Forum on the 17th was Ilana Edelstein, the unofficial co-founder of Patrón Tequila, who chronicled the brand’s development and shared stories from her book, The Patrón Way.

The conference is being held at the Beverly Hilton.
