Barcoding Inc. has closed a deal for Miles Technologies Inc. as part of a plan to increase its presence in the central U.S.
Miles Technology, headquartered in Lake Zurich, Ill., provides barcode and radio frequency identification equipment. The company also develops software for warehouse management and asset tracking. Terms of the transaction weren’t disclosed.
Baltimore-based Barcoding develops wireless technology, including barcoding and label technology, to collect data as a means to manage supply chains.
