Atwell LLC has purchased Peak Power Engineering Inc. from UniversalPegasus International Inc.
Peak Power, headquartered in Denver, provides electrical and power engineering services for power generation systems, transmission lines and distribution networks. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The deal expands Atwell’s in-house development, design and construction capabilities. Currently, the Southfield, Mich.-based company provides services to renewable energy, oil and gas, electric transmission and utility customers.
