Antalis, headquartered in Paris, is buying Xerox’s (NYSE: XRX) paper and print media products business in Western Europe.

Xerox’s “Western Europe” group includes paper distribution for Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the U.K., which Antalis will pick up. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The buyer is a subsidiary of Sequana (NYSE Euronext Paris: SEQ), a paper distributor.

The deal follows Xerox’s sale of its paper distribution business in the United States and Canada to Domtar Corp. (NYSE: UFS, TSX: UFS), announced in March.

Norwalk, Conn.-based Xerox recently purchased LearnSomething Inc., which provides e-learning services to the food, drug and health care industries. In February, the company bought Impika, which makes printers.
