AllOver Media Inc. has acquired Gas Station Radio, a convenience store audio network.

Gas Station Radio provides audio advertising to gas pumps by broadcasting advertisements with other content, including music, local news and car-care tips. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The deal gives Minneapolis-based AllOver Media a larger gas station advertising presence.  In May, the company acquired Trans Media Group, expanding its bus transit network.  AllOver Media specializes in targeting on-the-go consumers at convenience stores, gas stations and other places. Other recent media transactions include Penske Media Corp.'s acquisition of the Fairchild Fashion Media group in August, and ScanSource Inc.'s (Nasdaq: SCSC) deal for Brazilian network Network1
