Agco (NYSE: AGCO) has agree to buy Intersystems Holdings Inc. for an undisclosed amount.

Intersystems, headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, manufactures commercial material handling products that are sold to grain operations, such as feed mills, inland grain terminals and sea port facilities.

Duluth, Georgia-based Agco designs, manufactures and distributes agricultural machinery. The deal allows Agco to expand its grain handling and storage business. 

Other recent agriculture deals include Lariat Partners' deal for Northern Seed LLCin February, and Darling International Inc.'s (NYSE: DAR) purchase of some of Rothsay's assets last August.
