ConnectWise has acquired remote technology company ScreenConnect for an undisclosed amount.

ScreenConnect, headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina, provides technology that provides remote control from one computer to another.

Tampa, Florida-based ConnectWise, develops software used by information technology companies that provides process automation, data centralization and other services. The buyer plans to integrate the technology with LabTech, a remote monitoring business that ConnectWise owns.

Other recent software deals have come from Vector Capital, which agreed to take Saba Software private for $390 million, and Nimboxx, which bought Verde.
