Private equity firm the Abraaj Group is buying a majority stake in Yörsan Group for an undisclosed amount.

Yörsan, headquartered in Susurluk, Turkey, manufactures and distributes dairy products, including yogurt, cheese milk and ayran, a traditional Turkish drink.
