In a virtual interview conducted by senior reporter Brandon Zero, Patrick Turner, managing director of VSS talks tailwinds for sectors across healthcare, and education. The insights come fresh after VSS’ April acquisition of Barrier Companies, a play on hospital rebounds and Covid-related backlogs. The conversation took place at The Best in M&A Speak virtual event, where we announced the winners of the 2021 Top 10 Middle-Market Deals of the Year.
When asked what opportunities VSS is currently interested in pursuing Turner said, “A lot of the themes that we’re looking at are to have tech involved with them. Those are growth areas and we’re really looking for growth.”
