“We have really taken a leadership role in real estate private equity,” said Molly Bordonaro, Managing Partner, The Green Cities Company. “We measure impact with a number of metrics that expand beyond just environmental footprint. Our own proprietary GCI index actually went beyond some of these third-party reports, we wanted to embrace a more robust metric that we valued as a firm.”
