“The irony of our business, like many businesses, is that people generally tend to hire their own, and it becomes the proverbial Old Boys Club,” said Dipanjan (DJ) Deb, founding partner and CEO of tech-focused private equity firm Francisco Partners. “We need to disrupt that. Technology is all about disruption, and we need to follow that in the way we manage our businesses.”
