How are you advancing the state of women?
In 2020, I focused my efforts on inspiring women to build careers in the financial industry. I developed and moderated a panel for more than 100 women on Why Now is a Great Time to be a Woman on Wall Street. I spearheaded a new forum called The Momentum Series, which targets career development for young women in private equity. Also, I am a founding member of Exponent Women.
Describe a recent accomplishment.
During this pandemic, it was especially apparent that a developed network of relationships was critical. I quickly adapted to the new technology platforms for communication and contacted dozens of my deal sources. In addition, I virtually attended conferences and was instrumental in planning 10 online events that provided timely and insightful content to hundreds of women.
